I'm not sure if people don't understand the concept of the left lane or not. Use it as a passing lane, not a driving lane! Nothing frustrates me more than somebody going barely over the speed limit just camping in the left lane, even when the lane next to them is completely wide open! Get over already!! Then you have the classic argument, "I'm already going 80, I don't need to get over." Listen, I don't care if you are doing 120 in the left ...
