    Ok, so I'm not as tired this morning but I sure didn't sleep much last night. Work is still on my shit list but for the time being, it is what it is. I've really gotta work on that balance thing and not wanting to wreak havoc on every person who pisses me off.
    Also, I need to work on my need for an adrenaline push.... That's a whole other subject....

    In the meantime, I'm gonna go sweat it out....

  2. Holy Crap!

    I'm sooo tired... but If I don't workout this morning I'm gonna feel like crap all day...ughhh. 50 min of Zumba and 20 min of strength coming up!

    I hope today is better than yesterday. Although I did have a bright spot at lunch.... Here's to hoping...
